5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking to receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking may result in forfeiture of the deposit. "No-shows" will be charged the full booking amount.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original content. However, by using our services, you grant Amplify Studios a non-exclusive license to use your content for promotional purposes, including showcasing our work on our website and social media channels. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
